How quickly do you assign a driver?
Typically 2–72 hours after booking on popular lanes. Exact timing depends on pickup window, lane, and trailer type.
How are delivery times estimated?
Distance-based guides:
0–500 mi — 1–3 days;
500–1000 — 2–5;
1000–1500 — 3–7;
1500–2500 — 5–9;
2500+ — 7–10.
Weather/traffic can shift ETAs.
What affects the price?
Distance and lane, open/enclosed trailer, vehicle size/class, operable vs. inoperable, pickup window (standard vs. expedited), metro/rural access, seasonality, our current load, and deadhead to/from pickup.
Open vs. Enclosed — which should I choose?
Open = best value, standard for most cars.
Enclosed = more protection for high-value/classic/low-clearance vehicles or bad weather.
Do you offer door-to-door?
Yes. If a truck can’t safely access the address (narrow streets, restrictions, gated), we meet at the nearest open lot.
Do I need vehicle documents?
For domestic shipments — no title/registration required. We need contact info and a key. Auctions/dealers require a release and business hours. Ports may require extra documents.
Can I ship personal items inside the car?
Not recommended. Up to ~100 lbs in the trunk is typically allowed at owner’s risk (not covered by cargo insurance). Don’t leave valuables/electronics. Excess weight may be refused.
How should I prepare the vehicle?
About ¼ tank of fuel, remove toll tags, disable alarms, fold mirrors, remove loose accessories, one key set, take photos from all sides before pickup.
How do you handle inoperable vehicles?
We need to know if it rolls/steers/brakes. Winch loading is available; expect a surcharge and extra loading time.
Can I request top-load?
Yes, when available. It may add cost and depends on the run.
How does tracking work?
You get a status page with a unique code and milestones: driver assigned → pickup scheduled → picked up → in transit → ETA → delivered. Optional alerts via SMS/WhatsApp/Messenger.
When and how do I pay?
No payment until a driver is assigned. After assignment we confirm the rate. Payment to the carrier at delivery (methods confirmed at booking).
What does insurance cover?
Carrier cargo insurance covers transport-related damage during loading/hauling/unloading. Not covered: prior/hidden issues, mechanical problems, undercarriage/road debris, personal items, force majeure. COI available on request.
How is the vehicle’s condition documented?
At pickup/drop-off we complete a BOL (Bill of Lading) with photos/notes. Please be present and keep your copy.
How do I file a damage claim?
Take photos immediately, note issues on the BOL at delivery, and contact us promptly. We’ll help initiate the carrier’s insurance process.
Can I change the date or addresses after booking?
Yes, but tell us early. Changes can affect price/timing. If a driver is already assigned or en route, a change fee may apply.
Can I cancel?
Before driver assignment — no fee. After assignment/departure — a fee may apply for time/mileage already spent.
Do you offer 24–48h expedited pickup?
Yes, when a slot is available and routing aligns. It costs more than standard pickup windows.
Do you ship motorcycles/low cars/lifted pickups?
Yes. Motorcycles are best on enclosed with proper chocks. Low/lifted/wide vehicles must be disclosed; they affect space and price.
